Nick Weddell was born in Austin, Texas, USA, 1994. Weddell is a multifaceted artist working in different mediums, mostly known for his absurd, repulsive and alluring ceramic sculptures. This large piece has it all. The personality, the fun and the technical skill. “Four Eyes” also serves as a stool. One sits comfortably behind the eyes and gazes down on a tongue. The eyes can be rotated freely. Weddell is a promising young talent within the ceramic world. His work has been frequently exhibited with some of the greatest ceramics galleries worldwide.
