How Do I order and how do I pay?

Sometimes life can be a bit tricky. That is why we created this FAQ.

To place an order, simply add the product to your basted by pressing the button that says "BUY".

Continue to checkout by pressing the shopping cart logo on the upper right hand side.

Chose country and payment method.

The product I wanted is out of stock, what can I do?

If a product you want to order is out of stock, please contact us at cr@odematelier.com or call +46(0)8 519 700 07

to find out if it will be available shortly. We can reserve the products for you!

Due to the uniqueness of our products some are one-offs and only come in one batch.


Can i track my order?

All orders sent from ODEM ATELIER are traceable.

You will receive tracking information as soon as your package is in transit.

It may take the Courier up to 24h from receiving the parcel to make the link & tracking information

able to trace. If for some reason you are not able to trace your package 24h after receiving the tracking

The products look fragile, how will they survive transport?

We have experience in packaging logistics and make sure that your order is secured properly.

Delivery & Shipping

We offer Free Shipping to select countries Worldwide on orders above 350€. 

All orders displayed as in stock will be sent within 48h. If an out of stock item

for some reason has not been updated you will be contacted through email or phone ASAP.

Order Tracking

All orders sent from ODEM ATELIER are traceable.

You will receive tracking information as soon as your package is in transit.

Delivery times & Pricing

Specific prices and delivery times are listed under the delivery tab on each product.

We try to keep our delivery times to a minimal, of course.

Sweden - 1-3 working days | 5€

Europe - 2-5 working days | 25€

US, Canada & Asia - 5-10 working days | 40€

Delivery Method & Couriers

ODEM ATELIER will use the following delivery methods:

Sweden - DHL Service Point. You will receive tracking information via email & delivery notification via SMS.

We will automatically choose the service point closest to you, if you wish to select a specific one, please provide us with a postal code and name in the message section at checkout.

Worldwide - UPS standard and UPS access point. You will receive tracking information via email & delivery notification via SMS.

We will send your parcel to an access point if avalable. If not, your order will be delivered to your doorstep.

VAT & Duties

VAT

All prices on ODEM ATELIER are shown including 25% VAT. 

For all countries outside the EU, the VAT will be deducted in checout.

Duties & Handling Fees

US - Due to the changes in governing laws orders up to $800 are sent duty free to many states in the US.

For selected countries outside the EU duties & handling fees may apply once the parcel reaches it's destination

and must be payed by the reciever.

We have no control over the taxes and fees, so please consult with your governments coustoms to determine the fee charged.


Returns, Claims, Warranty & Damaged Goods

We accept returns and exchanges made within 14 days after recieving the order.

Sometimes you just change your mind or order the wrong product, thats FINE.

We of course understand if you want too look at the item before you decide to keep it. The only detail is that the item must be returned

in saleable condition, with complete original packaging and correctly filled out return forms.

Please remember that you are held accountable for any damages that may occur during the return shipment, pack it well!

Returns

We strive to make the process of returning as simple as possible. 

When returning an object, folow these steps:

Step 1.  Download the Return form and fill it out accordingly.

Step 2. Send a copy of the filled out return form to cr@odematelier.com , if you do not have a scanner available please send us a photo of the return form.

Step 3. Pack the goods into an appropriate box.

Step 4. Have fun and go crazy with the tape.

Step 6:

Sit down, relax and think about the beauty in life. If all steps are checked correctly your money will reach you shortly.

You will be refunded using the same payment method you used when placing the order. If you have not yet payed your 

invoice, we will remove this and send you a new, cleared and zeroed out invoice for your reference.

Claims & Warranty

We leave a 1 year warranty on all of our goods. If you suspect there is something wrong with a product. Contactact us at cr@odematelier.com

If you wish to return goods due to quality issues please follow the steps below.

1. Take several pictures of the damage or reason of your claim (the more detailed, the better).

2. Describe in detail why you want to claim the product.

3. Email us the pictures and description along with your ORDER NUMBER (found in the order confirmation e-mail). E-mail to cr@odematelier.com

4. Kick back, relax and enjoy life. We will answer you soon and pesent a solution

Damaged Goods

Due to the fragile nature of our products and the not-so-fragile friendy way they are sometimes delt with during transport, damages may occur.

Always check the package before collecting it, do not accept a damaged package!

If you discover that the package looks damaged on the outside, please report this to the courier immediately.

If you discover damage when it has already been picked up, take detailed pictures of all sides and submit a damage report to the courier.

If a solution is not presented by the courier please contact us at cr@odematelier.com

If the outer package looks undamaged and the goods inside are beroken please follow steps 1-4 in the Claims & Warranty section.


PAYMENT

We offer different types of payment methods depending on the country you are located in.

Our partners are PayPal and Klarna. Please chose what country you are browsing from to read more about the options available.

Together they offer payment by invoice, part payments, bank transfer and card payments by VISA, MasterCard, American Express & Discover.

Sweden, Norway & Finland

For Sweden, Norway & Finland, we cooporate with PayPal & Klarna Checkout.

Klarna Checkout - After assesing risk Klarna Checkout will provide you with several options of payment.

Invoice, bank transfer, part payment and payment by card. Accepted cards are: VISA, Master Card & Amreican Express.

PayPal Secure Payments - Pay using your paypal account balance or pay by card. Accepted cards are: VISA, Master Card, Amreican Express & Discover.

International

For all of our international customers we offer payments via PayPal.

In case of Force Majeure, ODEM ATELIER's obligations are rendered null and void. The contract between you and ODEM ATELIER can in such cases be partially or fully terminated by yourself or by ODEM ATELIER.

A Force Majeure is defined as event of war, civil war, revolution, riot, governmental measures, strike lockout, blockage, failure of electricity, telephone or internet service, natural disasters or similar events.

We will under such circumstances do all we can to solve the matter for our customers as soon and entirely as possible.
