Can i track my order?

ODEM ATELIER ensures to track each and every order and provide customers with a tracking number.

You will receive tracking information as soon as your package is in transit.

Please allow up to 24 hours for the courier to make the link & tracking information traceable after receiving the tracking email.

The product appears to be fragile, how will it survive transport?

ODEM ATELIER assures you that we have experience in packaging logistics and make sure that your order is secured properly.

We offer Free Shipping to select countries Worldwide on orders above 450€. 

All orders displayed as in stock will be sent within 48h. If an out of stock item

for some reason has not been updated you will be contacted through email or phone ASAP.

Order Tracking

All orders sent from ODEM ATELIER are traceable.

You will receive tracking information as soon as information has been sent to the courier.

It may take the Courier up to 24h from receiving the parcel to make the link & tracking information

able to trace. If for some reason you are not able to trace your package 24h after receiving the tracking

We Offer Free Shipping Above 450 €.

We try to keep our delivery times to a minimal, of course.

Sweden - 1-4 working days | 5€

Europe - 3-6 working days | 25€

US, Canada & Asia - 5-9 working days | 50€

Delivery Method & Couriers

ODEM ATELIER will use the following delivery methods:

Sweden - DHL Service Point. You will receive tracking information via email & delivery notification via SMS.

We will automatically choose the service point closest to you, if you wish to select a specific one, please provide us with a postal code and name in the message section at checkout.

Global - UPS standard and UPS access point. You will receive tracking information via email & delivery notification via SMS.

We will send your parcel to an access point if avalable. If not, your order will be delivered to your doorstep.

Vat & Duties



All prices are shown including 25% VAT. 

For all countries outside the EU, VAT will be deducted in checout.

Duties & Handling Fees

USA - Due to the changes in governing laws orders up to $800 are sent duty free to many states in the US.

For selected countries outside the EU duties & handling fees may apply once the parcel reaches it's destination

and must be payed by the reciever.

We have no control over the taxes and fees, so please consult with your governments customs to determine the fee charged.

  Returns, claims, warranty & Damaged goods

We accept returns and exchanges made within 14 days after recieving the order.

Sometimes you just change your mind or order the wrong product, thats FINE.

We of course understand if you want too look at the item before you decide to keep it. The only detail is that the item must be returned

in saleable condition, with complete original packaging and correctly filled out return forms.

Please remember that you are held accountable for any damages that may occur during the return shipment, pack it well! 


We strive to make the process of returning as simple as possible. 

When returning an object, folow these steps:

Step 1.  Download the Return form and fill it out accordingly.

Step 2. Send a copy of the filled out return form to , if you do not have a scanner available please send us a photo of the return form.

Step 3. Pack the goods into an appropriate box.

Step 4. Have fun and go crazy with the tape.

You will be refunded using the same payment method you used when placing the order. If you have not yet payed your

Claims & Warranty

If you wish to return goods due to quality issues please follow the steps below.

1. Take several pictures of the damage or reason of your claim (the more detailed, the better).

2. Describe in detail why you want to claim the product.

Damaged Goods

Due to the fragile nature of our products and the not-so-fragile friendy way they are sometimes delt with during transport, damages may occur.

Always check the package before collecting it, do not accept a damaged package!

If you discover that the package looks damaged on the outside, please report this to the courier immediately.

If you discover damage when it has already been picked up, take detailed pictures of all sides and submit a damage report to the courier.
